Dr Sekhar Bonu
Dr Sekhar Bonu is a Senior Fellow at NITI Aayog and previously served as Director General of the Development Monitoring and Evaluation Office (DMEO) from 2019 to 2022. Prior to this, he spent over 15 years at the Asian Development Bank (ADB), Manila, working on health, urban infrastructure, and regional cooperation across South Asia. An Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, he served in Rajasthan from 1987 to 2003 in key roles, including District Magistrate, Director of Education, and CEO of state-owned enterprises, gaining extensive governance and policy experience.
